What is reputation isolation?
Reputation isolation means your sending reputation is tracked separately from other customers on the platform. If another sender has spam complaints or high bounce rates, it doesn't affect your deliverability.
How is this different from shared infrastructure?
On shared infrastructure (used by most email providers), all customers share the same reputation pool. One bad sender can tank deliverability for everyone. With isolation, each customer's reputation is independent.
Do I need a dedicated IP for reputation isolation?
No. Transmit provides reputation isolation without requiring dedicated IPs. You get the benefits of isolated reputation without the cost, warmup requirements, or minimum volume thresholds of dedicated IPs.
Is reputation isolation available on all plans?
Yes. Every Transmit customer gets reputation isolation by default, regardless of plan. It's a core part of our infrastructure, not a premium add-on.
How can I monitor my reputation?
